It’s one of those that seems so innocent on paper but dammit once you get to the cleans you realize that when it looks easy on paper… it never is. My partners @haleigh_carrier and @kalencastor9 finished it off with an inverse ladder of Mass Ball Squat to Throw and Wall Ball. Give it a go! #meatheadmetabolics
