I’m Chris. I created Reform with one goal: to help people get the results they want safely and effectively.
Helping you feel confident in your own skin and love how you look and feel will never get old to me. My wife Hillary and I owned a big box gym for a little over 7 years and I started coaching personal clients about 4 years ago once I finished up my MBA. We will forever cherish the relationships we built there, but knew that we wanted a more personal space where we can impact clients on a much deeper level than getting a monthly gym membership on autodraft.
Hillary and I have been married for almost 4 years and have been together almost 10. We have a 3yo not so little boy, Cale, and a baby girl, Channing Suzanne who should be making her appearance in March of 2018. Pumped about that and terrified all at the same time. Parenting is hard, y’all. I’m sure some of you know this, and if you don’t you probably will. Nothing has brought me more joy (or stress) as being a parent has.
I have my bachelors in Health & Human Performance and the following certifications:

While all the education and continued learning I do has been invaluable, nothing has taught me more than working with clients in the flesh. We can plan all day like the textbooks tell us too, but, the only given with a plan is that it will change.

Nutritionist & Coach
Hey! I’m Hillary, Chris and I have been married for almost 4 years now and have been together for 10. We have an amazing little boy, Cale, who just turned 3 and are expecting our baby girl, Channing Suzanne, in March of 2018. When I was a freshman in high school I was diagnosed with Celiac which means I can not have gluten (wheat, barley, rye). Needless to say, it was a complete 180 when I found out and I had to completely overhaul my diet. Seeing how manipulating what I ate affected the way I felt (and how I grew) was fascinating. Going through that is what piqued my interest in nutrition. I recently graduated with my B.Sc in Dietetics from NSU – dietetics is just a fancy way of saying that I’m a nutritionist. You know that you need to eat right. You know what foods are “healthy” for the most part. But, that doesn’t change the fact that changing your eating habits is hard. Like very hard. My goal is to help you transition to eating healthier at a pace you’re comfortable with and to make sure we move one step at a time. Along with nutrition coaching and body composition analysis I will be running TRX Suspension Trainer classes weekly along with helping Chris in the semi-private setting.
Hey guys, I’m Alan Carrier. I live in Muskogee, Ok with my wife Haleigh. I work in the education department for the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe, and have competed in the sport for a little over 10 years. Prior to me becoming a personal trainer, I worked for my brother-in-law Chris Pearson at a local fitness center. I have always loved working out, and all the benefits it has for my overall health. When Chris presented the opportunity of becoming a part of Reform Strength and Conditioning, I jumped all over it. This was a chance for me to not only challenge myself for my health and fitness goals, but I would also get to help change the lives of other people. I have been a personal trainer now for 9 months, and during this time I have completed my certification through EXOS. I have helped my clients improve their ability to complete everyday tasks, and have made friendships that will last a lifetime. My main goal as a personal trainer is to be a positive influence and inspiration in their journey in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Hey there! My name is Haleigh Carrier. I am from Muskogee, OK and live here with my husband, Alan. I am 23 years old and recently received my Bachelor’s degree in Education. I am a kindergarten teacher at a local elementary school. Prior to beginning my journey as a personal trainer, I was never interested in any type of fitness training. However, my brother-in-law, Chris Pearson, convinced me to start personal training with him at Reform S&C and I instantly fell in love. I quickly began to see results in not only my appearance, but also an improvement of my overall health. I had an increase in energy, better sleep, and my daily stress began to diminish.
