5 Minute Core Workouts

You have 5 minutes and you want to do a simple core workout, what do you do?

You could plank for bit.

Maybe some deadbugs.

A sit-up, maybe.

I’ve got 15 core workouts for you to try if you’re short on time but want to shock the bajeezus out of your abs.

These are super tough, so don’t take them lightly. And they get the job done and in five minutes or less.

This will be a good page to favorite or bookmark for easy referencing. You can do 1-3 of these circuits, although if you can do 3 and keep solid form you’re a freaking boss. Everyone likes a bit of extra ab work every once in a while, and now you have the tools you need to get it done. 🙂
